20 Foods to Optimize Calorie Burn

The following foods are low in calories, nutrient-dense, and require many calories just to be digested. This qualifies them as “free foods” that can be eaten in large amounts to help you stay full and help you to achieve your best healthy life!

Most of the foods listed are seasonally discounted in local grocery stores, so they can also be fairly affordable if you shop in-season.
